- Prices listed for shipping on our website are only good for orders being shipped within the contiguous U.S.A. to a commercial address. If you are shipping to a residential address, are located in HI, AK, or are outside of the country, please note that we will contact you for approval of any additional shipping charges prior to processing your order. Please note that rural addresses, YMCAs, schools, churches, and home businesses are all considered residential by the freight companies. You will have the option to accept the additional charges and proceed with the order or cancel the order when we contact you.
- Orders shipping by ground service (UPS, FedEx, GSO, etc) may be left at the front door or entrance if the business is closed or nobody answers the door, at the driver’s discretion.
- Orders shipping by motor freight service (UPS Freight, Old Dominion, Daylight Transport, etc) You are responsible for unloading the freight from the truck, motor freight companies do not unload the freight that you have purchase. You are required to provide a signature and must be met by someone who is able to inspect, receive, and sign for the shipment. (( If damage is found, it must be noted on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. Damage not noted on the delivery receipt may not be covered by the freight company or Ross Athletic Supply))
Items that are not in stock can take up to 10-24 weeks to manufacture. After you order if something isn’t in stock a representative from Ross Athletic will contact you with the lead time.
